In a sick medical system where every gesture, no matter how simple, how human, can be or can be interpreted as an act of corruption or cowardice – how can you find your way, whether you are a doctor who saves lives or a relative of a borderline patient? Where do real feelings end, where do power plays begin?

In this cruel x-ray of the world of contemporary hospitals in Romania, seven exemplary characters seek their salvation, happiness, and the answer to their deepest questions. Who is primarily responsible for the quagmire of compromise that our lives are made of?
